Jodi Dean (US) is a political philosopher focused on Marxism, psychoanalysis, post-structuralism and postmodernism. She is co-editor of the journal Theory & Event. Dean has contributed widely to contemporary political theory, media theory and feminist theory, most notably with her theory of communicative capitalism. She has lectured across the world and published extensively.
