Mahsa Ghafari (AT) is a human rights activist. She has been involved in several civil society initiatives for social justice and against racial and gender discrimination. Among other things, she founded the association Flucht nach Vorn, which was honored with the Ute Bock Prize for Civil Courage in 2015. Since 2012 Mahsa has been a board member of the human rights organization SOS Mitmensch. In 2017, she campaigned for the Global Women’s Strike.
