Lockdown Grooves: Katharina Klement

With “Vessel 1.2. / Suite pour une femme seule”, Vienna-based composer Katharina Klement created an intense, tense and yet subtle electroacoustic album released on Ventil Records. Instrumental sounds of piano and zither are manipulated almost unnoticed by electronic means, each individual sound is brought into focus. The performance was video recorded by the Elevate Festival and is part of Re-Imagine Europe, co-funded by the Creative Europe programme of the European Union.
