NEXT Festival of advanced music – organised by A4 – is an annual celebration of exploratory music and sound art: from electronic experimentation and free­form improvisation to audio­visual projects, it brings together artists who push the boundaries of music.

This year’s edition celebrates the 20th anniversary of the festival, and will take place from 27 November to 1 December 2019. It will feature several new commissions as part of Re-Imagine Europe: (spatial) live performances by Lee Gamble, Mariska de Groot, Erik Nyström and TCF.
