Fero Király is a creator, interpreter and teacher. His artistic projects move freely between diverse forms of sonic art. Most often they are performances, installations, interpretations of contemporary music, or sonic reinterpretations of visual art. Király is also one of the founders of Cluster Ensemble, with which he co-authored several internationally acclaimed artworks: the best known of these include the album ‘Cluster Ensemble Plays Philip Glass’. His experimental-educational projects for children are equally singular. Recently he has focused on microtonality and live-coding. For NEXT 2020, Király prepared a special set created live with his favourite instrument – SuperCollider programming language.
