CADÁVER EXQUISITO #4 by Hugo Esquinca and Russell Haswell was first staged in a rarely-used performance location – the loading dock of the Muziekgebouw in Amsterdam. The audience was invited to venture into this indoor parking lot to experience a visceral and confrontational site-specific multisensory kinetic environment, using electronic sound, smoke and balloons. CADÁVER EXQUISITO #4 expands on the methods that the artists developed in previous collaborations where they have produced pieces for different contexts; ranging from radio, installation, live performance and recorded media.
