For 𝒹𝒾𝓈𝓂𝒶𝓃𝓉𝓁𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒹𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓂𝓈, 𝒹𝒾𝓈𝓇𝓊𝓅𝓉𝑒𝒹 𝓈𝑒𝒶𝓂𝓈, the final show of Rupert’s Alternative Education Programme Will Krauland conceived a site-specific installation combining two of his videos (Lens B.C.12 and Untitled3456), with two of his photos, a calendar for the next year, a calendar that was found in the building where the exhibition took place, two beating metronomes, and two speakers. The work reflects on the passing of time.

Will Krauland (US) is an interdisciplinary artist working on a strictly need-to-know basis. Utilizing intuitive processes employing traditional and digital production methods, he generates speculative architectures that model divergent forms for engaging with temporal, spatial and psychological structures.

Premiere: Rupert (LT), 2023.
Part of Re-Imagine Europe – New Perspectives for Action. Co-funded by the European Union.
This work is available for touring.
