On Sunday 25 February 2024, Parco Arte Vivente offers a guided tour of the Bioma installation by Piero Gilardi, part of the museum’s permanent collection.

The work, through the natural elements made available to the public, aims to enhance perception and the relationship with the multiple manifestations of living things in acoustic, tactile and visual forms.

At the end of the visit to the interactive Bioma path, it is possible to have a direct experience of the artist’s work with the work Puzzle natura Marina delle Canarie by Gilardi (2015, 53 elements of expanded polyurethane, rubber latex, wicker basket).

The work can be completely assembled at the participants’ discretion and contains stones, shells, sea urchins, fragments of palm trees, clods of volcanic or grassy earth. The puzzle is available to visitors to touch the artistic work with their own hands and create ever-changing shapes.
