Hilde Marie Pedersen (NO) is Head of Education at Bergen Kunsthall. She is an art historian with a Master from the University of Bergen, and has taught in art theory at Bergen Art School, and Modern Art at the UiB, Bergen. A large focus of her research has focused on Bergen’s artistic avant-garde of the 1960s-70s, in particular Gruppe 66 who organised the ground-breaking exhibition ‘Konkret analyse’ in 1970 and ‘Common Life’, in 1977 at Bergen Kunsthall.
