Joachim H. Ben Yakoub is an art worker who moves between writing, curating, and dramaturgy, and is active within the Kitchen, a collective study and workspace in Brussels. He teaches at Sint Lucas Antwerp art school, where he also contributes to research within the SLARG group, and works at erg in Brussels, facilitating research in the arts.

Together with Reem Shilleh, he is currently developing ‘re-distributing solidarities’, a study of memorial restitution and the sonic and visual re-imagination of historic forms of solidarity.
