Nicola L. Hein (DE) is a multidisciplinary sound artist and composer whose work centres on experimenting with the electric guitar as a dynamic interface between technology, space, and human expression. Through modified instruments, AI-driven systems, and spatial sound techniques, he creates interactive environments that blur the boundaries between installation, composition, and performance. His practice integrates philosophical inquiry with aesthetic design, often examining the relationship between humans, machines, and nature. 

Viola Yip (HK/DE) is an experimental composer, performer, improviser, sound artist, and instrument builder. Her work integrates composition, performance, and improvisation through self-made instruments, exploring the interplay between materiality, space, and the musical body. She has presented her work at numerous festivals and academic institutions across the US, Europe, and Asia.
