Borealis – a festival for experimental music based in Bergen, Norway, is looking for a new Artistic Director to shape the future of the festival.

As Borealis’ current Artistic Director’s term is coming to an end, they are looking for a visionary and curious successor to continue the work and develop Borealis as a pioneering platform for experimental music and art.

As Artistic Director of Borealis, you will be at the heart of a festival that not only presents new music, but actively shapes what music can be – and who it can be for. You will work closely with the Managing Director in a dynamic leadership team, and together you will lead Borealis into a new phase, in line with the festival’s strategy.
